Physician Suicide – Is medical school killing our doctors?
Dr. Pamela Wible is a physician calling for a change. The author of “Physician Suicide Letters – Answered,” Pamela addresses the public health crisis that is the high physician suicide rate. Pamela was brave enough to write about her own suicidal thoughts generated by the abusive medical school experience and the corporate mentality in the practice of medicine. She found that after sharing her thoughts, many other medical students wrote to her to share their experiences. Talking about suicide is still a taboo subject, but by writing this book she has found many others want to share their experiences.
